My wish is to help you to be the best you, you can be. My goal is to teach people to be healthier and happier through food. To help people be the best they can be, living life to their fullest potential.
Obviously there is a lot more to living to our fullest potential than just food. But I truly believe that if you don’t feel good physically, it’s harder to focus on the other aspects of life that help us live to our fullest potential. And the easiest way to do that is through the food we eat.
My hope here is to help people to be more in tune to how their body feels when they give it the food it needs. My challenge to everyone is to truly listen to your body. For two weeks, focus on what you eat and how you feel after you eat it. Are you energized or ready for a nap? Do you have indigestion or do you feel great?
Once you’ve assessed what makes you feel good and what doesn’t, you can work to eliminate those foods that don’t support your body’s health and start incorporating healthier options. I’ll be here with suggestions and guidance to help you along the way.
